The breakfast was tasty and marvelous with a variety of options like cheese, fresh fruit, and freshly baked bread. The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the old part of Heidelberg, the center of the old town, and various sightseeing spots.

breakfast was amazing, great views, excellent location so close to main train station as well as the old town centre. the staff were very attentive and excellent co-operating and helped with a carpark. had a special stay for 5 nights on business and will definitely go back there again.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and plenty of space. I really appreciated the little touches, like the chocolates left on the bedside each night. The location was also great, as it was just a short walk away from the city center. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel bar had a nice atmosphere.

One thing that bothered me was that my room had a connecting door to the next room. Luckily, I didn't have any disturbances during my stay, but I would have preferred a room without a connecting door.

Wellness area rather disappointing, whirlpool blocked and pool not as warm as hoped for, a bit outdated, partly construction site flair.

The breakfast here is delicious with fresh bread and cheese, the rooms are nicely decorated and the staff is very efficient.

The lobby, restaurant, and swimming pool were all first-class. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including made-to-order omelets and local honey. The Wi-Fi worked well and the hotel had a garage below for parking. The staff were excellent, friendly, and multilingual. I highly recommend this hotel.
